submitted by Douglas M. - |Recommended: YesNice Atmosphere With Great People And Low Stress Environment. — I like the area as it is quiet most the time and close to the Hollywood area with Grocery Outlet and other top notch grocery stores. Also less than 10 blocks to the MAX line. The balcony opens to a private back yard. It is two blocks to 2 dog parks and a great baseball park Normandy .
